These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FeelBetter platform operated by Vior Foundation.
1. Services
FeelBetter provides:
- Bach Flower Therapy training programs (Level 1, 2, 3)
- Therapist marketplace for booking consultations
- Mental health screening tools
- E-commerce shop for Bach Flower Remedies and wellness products
- Certificate generation for completed training
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person.
3. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
- Training fees are non-refundable once the course has started (see Refund Policy)
- Product prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
4. Training Programs
- Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment
- Study materials are provided for personal use only
- Sharing, copying, or redistributing course content is prohibited
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of exams
- IAAH certification requires passing the prescribed examination
5. Therapy Services
- Bach Flower Therapy is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical treatment
- Consultations are between the therapist and client directly
- FeelBetter acts as a platform connecting therapists and clients
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from therapy sessions
6. E-Commerce
- Product descriptions are provided in good faith
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
- Products are shipped via Shiprocket courier partners
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
7. Intellectual Property
All content on FeelBetter including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Vior Foundation and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vior Foundation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
