Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on FeelBetter (feelbetter.co.in) operated by Vior Foundation.

1. Training Program Refunds

Before Course Commencement

  • Full refund available if requested 7 or more days before the course start date
  • 50% refund if requested within 3-6 days before course start
  • No refund if requested less than 3 days before course start

After Course Commencement

  • No refunds once the course/training has commenced
  • You may transfer your enrollment to the next available batch (one-time only)

2. Therapy Consultation Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled session: Full refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund (rescheduling available)
  • If the therapist cancels: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Technical issues preventing the session: Full refund or rescheduling

3. Product Refunds (Shop)

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, sealed products
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned (health/hygiene reasons)
  • Damaged or defective products: Full refund or replacement within 48 hours of delivery
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective

4. Subscription Refunds

  • Therapist/Trainer subscriptions are non-refundable once activated
  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made via email to support@feelbetter.co.in
  • Include your order/registration ID and reason for refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
