Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on FeelBetter (feelbetter.co.in) operated by Vior Foundation.
1. Training Program Refunds
Before Course Commencement
- Full refund available if requested 7 or more days before the course start date
- 50% refund if requested within 3-6 days before course start
- No refund if requested less than 3 days before course start
After Course Commencement
- No refunds once the course/training has commenced
- You may transfer your enrollment to the next available batch (one-time only)
2. Therapy Consultation Refunds
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled session: Full refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund (rescheduling available)
- If the therapist cancels: Full refund or free rescheduling
- Technical issues preventing the session: Full refund or rescheduling
3. Product Refunds (Shop)
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, sealed products
- Opened or used products cannot be returned (health/hygiene reasons)
- Damaged or defective products: Full refund or replacement within 48 hours of delivery
- Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective
4. Subscription Refunds
- Therapist/Trainer subscriptions are non-refundable once activated
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made via email to support@feelbetter.co.in
- Include your order/registration ID and reason for refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
