1. Shipping Coverage
- We ship across India via Shiprocket courier partners
- Delivery is available to all serviceable PIN codes
- International shipping is currently not available for physical products
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above Rs.2,000
- Standard shipping: Rs.99 for orders below Rs.2,000
- Express shipping options may be available at checkout
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped
4. Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
- Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather conditions
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email. Track via the Shiprocket tracking page or contact us.
6. Delivery Issues
- Damaged package: Contact us within 48 hours with photos
- Missing items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Failed delivery: Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times
7. Digital Products
Training materials, certificates, and screening reports are delivered digitally via your FeelBetter dashboard. No shipping is required for digital products.
